The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) is undergoing scrutiny and internal reform following corruption allegations related to the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program. The defense maintains that Pusung had no authority regarding the procurement of goods or the determination of nutrition service points for the MBG program. The legal team continues to challenge the legality of seizures and detention related to the alleged corruption case involving the MBG program for the 2025-2026 period.
