The Indonesian motorcycle and automotive industry has maintained high engagement through various exhibitions and promotional events. Following the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) in late August 2026, where PT Astra Honda Motor reported nearly 600 units sold during a riding test event, manufacturers continued localized promotional efforts. The event will showcase automatic, sport, big, and electric motorcycles, alongside modification projects and accessories. This follows a positive market trend, with AISI data indicating domestic sales reached 4.3 million units between January and August 2026, a 2.2 percent increase over the previous year.
