Two separate incidents involving the kidnapping of infants in Brazil have been reported. The infant was later discovered by residents in the Santo Agostinho neighborhood, showing signs of dehydration and sun exposure, and was taken to a maternity hospital. Authorities have arrested Braz, along with Lucas Pereira da Silva, 22, and Wesley Nascimento Lopes, 31. Investigators are looking into potential links to human trafficking.
