Infrastructure development in Croatia and Bosnia and Herz

Various infrastructure and utility projects have been launched in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to improve local connectivity and public services.

In Mejaši, Croatia, construction has commenced on a sewerage network and water supply pipeline reconstruction in Stoc Street. The 840,000 euro project involves 1,500 meters of infrastructure and is expected to take 14 months to complete, allowing approximately 50 residential buildings to connect to the public drainage system.

In Sisak, Croatia, Sisački vodovod is beginning a 2.7 million euro project in the Zibel settlement to reconstruct 3,100 meters of water supply lines and 1,400 meters of sewage lines. This initiative, largely funded by the European Union’s Integrated Territorial Program 2021–2027, aims to replace aging piping to prevent service interruptions.

Additionally, in Bužim, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the municipality has signed 20 contracts totaling 862,918.20 KM for the reconstruction and modernization of unclassified roads, funded through municipal budgets and citizen contributions.
