Infrastructure development in Lam Dong province
Overview
Authorities in Lam Dong province are implementing various infrastructure projects to improve urban, tourism, and rural living conditions.
In the Mũi Né area, officials are accelerating two major investments. One project involves upgrading the Nguyễn Đình Chiểu and Huỳnh Thúc Kháng roads, a 4.9 km initiative costing over 309 billion VND to improve drainage, lighting, and sidewalks. A second project, valued at approximately 300.415 billion VND, focuses on establishing a centralized wastewater treatment system for the Mũi Né national tourism area.
In other parts of the province, efforts are being directed toward rural connectivity and public health. Authorities are addressing water shortages and contamination issues in nine northern border communes that currently lack centralized clean water systems. Additionally, road upgrades are underway in Bac Binh commune, including a 6km field road project and a 19 billion VND initiative to improve transportation and drainage across 13 different routes to support local economic development.
