In Adamawa State, suspected Boko Haram insurgents conducted a raid on the Gaya-Dlang community in the Hong Local Government Area. The attack resulted in the deaths of eight people, including one police inspector and seven civilians, and involved the abduction of two girls and the theft of foodstuffs. Following this, security forces from Operation HADIN KAI and the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) conducted a precision strike on a Boko Haram and ISWAP camp in the Kopre Mountain area of the same local government area.
