International Bosniak Youth Summit in Istanbul

The International Bosniak Youth Summit opened in Istanbul, organized by the Turkey-Bosnia-Sandžak Association. Suljo Mustafić, President of the Bosniak Council in Montenegro, addressed the summit, stating that Bosniaks are a “European and Balkan people” who are “committed to stability, democracy, cooperation, and prosperity in our multi-ethnic societies.” He noted that while the memory of past atrocities like the Srebrenica genocide remains vital, it should also inform future development strategies.
