International festival recognition for Enna Vilai

The socio-political family thriller ‘Enna Vilai’, directed by Sajeev Pazhoor and starring Nimisha Sajayan and Karunas, has received several international film festival selections.

Produced by Kalamaya Films, the movie is scheduled for a theatrical release in September 2026. During production, the filmmakers honored the local community in Paalam village, Dhanushkodi, by involving residents in the unveiling of the film’s first look.
