Investigation into death of American game developer

Authorities in Brazil are investigating the death of Tamir Nadav, a 46-year-old American video game developer known professionally as ‘Gringo Makes Games’. Nadav, whose career included work on titles such as ‘Minecraft: Story Mode’ and ‘The Walking Dead: A New Frontier’, was found dead in his Maringá, Paraná, residence after being missing for over two weeks. His body was discovered with his hands and feet bound with adhesive tape in a room locked from the outside.

The Civil Police of Paraná have issued arrest warrants for two suspects, 20-year-old Kauã Kazahaya de Arruda and 18-year-old Angelina Oliveira da Silva. Investigators suspect a financial motive, alleging the suspects used funds from the victim’s accounts to make significant purchases following his disappearance.
