Overview

President Masoud Pezeshkian has overseen a series of large-scale infrastructure and industrial inaugurations across Iran.

In Kerman Province, the President inaugurated five national projects managed by the National Iranian Copper Industries Company, valued at 35 trillion tomans. These include a 95 million euro slag flotation plant intended to produce 36,000 tons of copper concentrate annually and a 42 MW power plant to improve electricity stability. Discussions in the region also focused on leveraging wind and solar energy to reduce fossil fuel dependence and the structured use of corporate social responsibility funds for local infrastructure.

Expanding the scope of development, Pezeshkian subsequently inaugurated 18,910 municipal and rural projects nationwide. These projects, representing a 129 trillion toman investment, span urban services, power plants, construction, and sports sectors. During these events, the President addressed national security, stating that while Iran does not seek war, it will stand against aggressors and maintain national unity to face economic and security challenges.
