The 2008 homicide of Isabella Nardoni in São Paulo remains a subject of public and legal attention. Following the convictions of her father, Alexandre Nardoni, and stepmother, Anna Carolina Jatobá, the family has dealt with the long-term social and personal impacts of the crime. Recently, a petition filed with the São Paulo Public Prosecutor's Office (MPSP) has sought to reopen the investigation.
