Italian community and educational program expansions

Various Italian municipalities and cultural institutions are launching new educational, scientific, and community-based programs for the upcoming season.

In the Udine region, the Kaleidoscienza association is beginning its fourth year of the ‘I Venerdì da Kaleidoscienza’ program, which uses science laboratories and games to promote scientific awareness and social interaction among children. In Emilia-Romagna, the ‘Settembre Insieme’ pilot program, which provided free extracurricular activities to approximately 8,005 children, has been confirmed for extension to all municipalities in the region next year.

Other regional initiatives include the opening of a new cultural hub by the Blue Notes Art Music Academy in Cepagatti and the resumption of neighborhood Civic Center programs in Monza, which offers courses in languages, theater, and digital skills. In Prato, the Laboratorio del Tempo is offering courses in arts, wellness, and digital literacy, while several music institutions, including the Complesso Bandistico S. Cecilia and CEPAM in Reggio Emilia, are opening enrollments for new musical training paths.
