In late August 2026, several harness racing events took place across Italy, specifically at the Snai Sesana and Savio hippodromes. This themed program also commemorated the legendary horse Varenne and the Risorgimento festival. During these events, Evita Nobel, driven by Daniele Cuglini, won the Giuseppe Garibaldi Prize, leading to significant betting payouts. These races served as a cultural bridge ahead of the Mostra Nazionale del Cavallo scheduled for late August in Città di Castello.
