Italian literary and cultural book presentations

Overview

Various cultural and literary events have been held or scheduled across Italy, focusing on historical biographies and social narratives.

In late September, presentations included a biography of Vito Donato Addabbo, a carabinier who died during the sinking of the British ship Dubac in 1943, and the novel ‘La fattoria del vento’, which explores Calabrian social changes through a family saga.

Subsequent events scheduled for early October feature works on the political legacy of Anna Kuliscioff, a physician and advocate for women's rights, and a book examining succession conflicts within the Agnelli family.
