Italian theatrical productions and performances

Overview

Theatrical activities in Italy include the production of Gabriele Pignotta’s comedy “Toilet” at the Piccolo Eliseo in Rome. The play, which follows a salesman’s surreal interactions via mobile phone while trapped in a restroom, serves as a precursor to an international tour in China.

Other regional performances include the comedy “Il Pidocchio” at Teatro Arbostella in Salerno, directed by Franco Tortora. Additionally, performances of “Osteria Giacobazzi,” featuring Giuseppe Giacobazzi and Andrea Vasumi, have been rescheduled from February to April 2027 due to television commitments.
