Italian youth athletic and multi-sport competition results

Italian youth athletes have demonstrated success across various national and regional competitions in triathlon, duathlon, track and field, gymnastics, and football.

In mid-September, athletes from Asd Triathlon Duathlon Rimini secured multiple top finishes at the Coppa Italia Giovani finals in Montesilvano. Notable winners included Achille Alessandri and Carlotta Verde in the Juniores category, and Emi Accorsiche in the Youth B category.

By early October, results from track and field competitions showed continued success for regional clubs. At the Italian Cadets Championships in Agropoli, Cloe Meravigli placed fifth in the 1000 meters, while athletes from Atletica Grosseto Banca Tema and Atletica Endas Cesena achieved personal bests and club records in events such as the 300m hurdles, high jump, and 80m hurdles.

Recent reports from early October highlight expanded achievements across multiple disciplines. In gymnastics, Ginnastica Riccione Academy saw success in Cesena, where Amelia Tesini won gold in the LE3 category and Amelia Mettifogo earned silver in the GAF all-around. In the CONI National Finals in Grottaglie, Atletica Genzano athletes Giorgia Gatti and Rebecca Urbani secured gold and bronze respectively, setting new regional records.

Athletics success continued with Atletica Endas Cesena athletes, including Sara Minotti setting a club record in high jump and Olivia Teodorani placing fifth in the national 80m hurdles. Additionally, in football, Augusta Football Club’s youth sector achieved dual victories in the Regional Élite championships, with both the Under 17 and Under 15 teams winning against Teamsport.
