Overview
Japanese manga and anime publishers have announced various release schedules for late 2026.
In late August, Coamix Inc. scheduled the October 2026 issue of Monthly Comic Zenon for release on August 25. This issue features ‘Majo Taisen: 32 no Isai no Majo wa Koroshiau’ on the cover and includes the final chapter of ‘Filter-goshi no Kanojo’. Harlequin Comics also released a 2026 volume set containing titles such as ‘Akuma to Umi’.
By September, additional releases were announced from several publishers. Starts Publishing Co., Ltd. planned the September 11 release of three new titles under its Zerise COMICS label, including ‘GEMIS-Gemis-’, ‘Giganjin’, and ‘5-Minute Ace’. In the anime sector, promotional activities for the film ‘Detective Precure! The Mysterious Garden and the Secret of Two’ included character profiles and a cover feature in the October issue of Anime Dia magazine. Furthermore, Kill Time Communication scheduled the September 14 release of two Brise Comics volumes: ‘The Secret Chat of the Ghost Prince and Me, Vol. 3’ and ‘The Imperial Palace Medicinal Physician of the 72 Seasons, Vol. 2’.
