Beyond the lottery, various events are being held across Mexico to honor the singer. In Puebla, a tribute concert titled ‘Tributo a Juan Gabriel, el Divo de Juárez’ is scheduled for August 29 at the Auditorio Metropolitano, featuring impersonator Iaán Gabriel alongside a symphony orchestra, mariachi, and choir. In Mexico City, Virgin Music Group—which manages the artist's estate with his son, Iván Aguilera—organized a specialized listening session at Casa Pedregal focusing on analog vinyl recordings, such as the album ‘Los Dúo’. Marketing director Leonardo Ramírez noted a 14% increase in the acquisition of physical music products during the event.
