Entities: Mustafa Kocaman · H. Engin Sarıibrahim · Kartepe Police Center · Fatih Sultan Mehmet neighbourhood · Mustafa Kaplan
Overview
In late July 2026 the Kırıkkale governorate announced a 76.2 million TL allocation under the national KöyDES programme to fund village‑level projects in 185 villages, covering roads, drinking‑water, sewage, irrigation and public‑building construction. A related tender was issued for material‑transport services on village roads.
A few days later, a member of parliament reported that the total value of ongoing and planned infrastructure and social projects across Kırıkkale had surpassed 35 billion TL. The expanded programme includes major works such as the Ankara‑Kırıkkale‑Delice highway, a high‑speed rail line to Çorum and Samsun, river rehabilitation, new prison and nursing home facilities, a large indoor sports hall, new state hospital sites, and industrial development in the Balışeyh zone, alongside the earlier village projects.
