Law enforcement activities in Albania and Kosovo have involved various criminal investigations, arrests, and police commendations. In Albania, legal actions include the transfer of former police official Uljan Shpataraku to Peqin prison after his arrest for allegedly aiding a criminal authority. Shpataraku was apprehended while transporting businessman Ergys Agasi, who is wanted by SPAK for corruption and money laundering. Additionally, police in Roskovec Albanian State Police Director General Skënder Hita has recently recognized Mariglen Koroveshaj with several officers for their roles in high-profile investigations and life-saving operations. During a promotion meeting in Fier, Hita promoted Mariglen Koroveshaj, the former head of the Roskovec Police Station, to the rank of Chief Commissioner Commissioner.
