Leadership changes in German federal courts

Overview

Germany is undergoing leadership changes within its highest judicial bodies.

In the Federal Administrative Court, Carsten Günther, currently President of the Higher Administrative Court of North Rhine-Westphalia, has been nominated to succeed Andreas Korbmacher.
