Massimiliano Romeo, secretary of the Lega Lombarda, has advocated for a shift toward a more collective leadership approach, stating ‘less me and more us.’ While a temporary truce has been observed, internal tensions regarding management and leadership structure persist, leaving Matteo Salvini to navigate the party’s relationship with its original base.
