Brazilian presenter Xuxa Meneghel has filed a lawsuit in Rio de Janeiro against her former assistant, Andréa Sorvetão, to recover unpaid property expenses. The dispute involves an apartment in Recreio dos Bandeirantes provided to Sorvetão through a gratuitous loan agreement (comodato) signed in January 2020. Under the terms of the agreement, Sorvetão was responsible for costs including condominium fees, property tax (IPTU), fire insurance, electricity, and gas.
