Overview

The LEGO Group has expanded and updated its LEGO Insiders loyalty program. On 4 August, the program became available in Portugal at four Certified LEGO Stores, including locations in Lisbon, Porto, and Coimbra. Members in these stores can earn points on purchases and through product registration to redeem for discounts, exclusive items, or LEGOLAND park tickets.

Following the regional expansion, LEGO implemented global updates to the Insiders Reward Center to streamline the redemption process. The new functionality allows members to add up to three physical rewards directly to their shopping carts, removing the previous requirement to manually enter redemption codes during checkout.
