Leng Tch’e musical return

Overview

Belgian grindcore band Leng Tch’e has ended a nearly nine-year hiatus from studio recordings with the release of new material.

In late September, the band released the single ‘Hammered Into Collapse,’ the lead track from an upcoming two-song EP. The song, recorded at Hearse Studio, explores themes of cerebral hijack and the consequences of long-term denial.

On October 24, the full ‘Hammered Into Collapse’ EP was released via Season of Mist. In addition to the title track, the EP includes a second song titled ‘Voided,’ which shifts from themes of personal mental unravelling toward a cosmic, apocalyptic scale. This release marks the group’s first studio material since their 2017 album Razorgrind.
