Li Auto financial and delivery performance

In July 2026, Li Auto reported July deliveries of 30,468 vehicles, contributing to a cumulative total of 1,764,155 units. During this period, the company launched the Li L6 model and noted that cumulative deliveries for the Li L9 surpassed 300,000 units, while beginning localized production in Kazakhstan.

By late August, Li Auto's second-quarter financial results showed a narrowing net loss of 1.7 billion yuan ($251 million) compared to a 2.3 billion yuan loss in the first quarter. However, the company's performance remained below the previous year, when it recorded a net income of 1.1 billion yuan. Second-quarter revenue fell 15.1% year-on-year to 25.7 billion yuan, driven by a 16.7% decline in vehicle sales revenue. The company attributed this decline to lower deliveries and decreased average selling prices due to changes in product mix. Despite the revenue drop, the quarterly gross margin rose to 11.0%, up from 7.9% in the first quarter, though still significantly lower than the 20.1% recorded in the same period the previous year.
