The city of Lucca, Italy, is preparing to host successfully set a new Guinness World Record for the longest carpet of ephemeral art during the ‘Festival Arti Effimere Guinness Edition Lucca 2026’ 2026’. Held on 22 August 2026. Organized by the Associazione Tappeti di Segatura di Camaiore and supported by local officials, including tourism assessor Remo Santini and provincial president Marcello Pierucci, 2026, the event aims to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest temporary carpet.
