To prevent impersonation, she noted that businesses should maintain a professional tone and avoid creating artificial urgency. Additionally, the bank offered financial planning advice regarding mortgages. Laura Žukovė, head of financing at Luminor, emphasized the necessity of financial transparency between partners before applying for loans, recommending that couples assess shared financial situations and ensure a reserve remains available after a down payment to cover unexpected expenses.
