This collection serves as a major compilation, uniting the four main titles in the franchise: ‘Mafia: Definitive Edition’, ‘Mafia II: Definitive Edition’, ‘Mafia III: Definitive Edition’, and ‘Mafia: The Old Country Definitive Edition’. The bundle also includes the ‘Man of Honor’ expansion for ‘Mafia: The Old Country’.

On August 16, 2026, the ‘Man of Honor’ expansion was released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, the DLC introduces two new narrative chapters focusing on Enzo Favara’s early service as a ‘soldato’ within the Torrisi crime family and his connection to a young Ennio Salieri. These chapters provide context for Salieri’s life before his move to America and can be integrated into the main campaign or accessed directly upon reaching a sufficient point in the story.

The expansion also expands the ‘Free Ride’ mode in Porto Almaro with new activities, including standoffs, assassinations, circuit races, road sprints, and time trials. New collectibles such as wanted posters, sulfur trucks, and stunt jumps have been added, alongside new weapons, vehicles, horses, and outfits. The two-chapter storyline can be completed in approximately two to three hours.

As part of the release, existing digital owners of ‘Mafia: Definitive Edition’ on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One receive a free technical upgrade for current-generation consoles. However, developers cautioned that “save data will not transfer between the previous and current-generation versions.”
