Manhattan fentanyl robbery and murder case

Overview

Tabitha Bundrick, 39, pleaded guilty to three counts of second-degree murder and one count of second-degree assault following a robbery scheme in Manhattan. Between April 2023 and February 2024, Bundrick targeted men by offering sexual encounters and providing drugs laced with fentanyl, which she claimed was cocaine, to render them unconscious. Once incapacitated, she robbed the victims of money, phones, watches, and clothing.

The scheme resulted in the deaths of Mario Paullan, Miguel Navez, and Abrihan Fernandez. District Attorney Alvin Bragg described Bundrick’s actions as showing a “shocking indifference” to her victims and noted that her “callous conduct has left three devastated families.”

Bundrick was subsequently sentenced to 27 years to life in prison.
