Matsuya has introduced several new menu items across its locations. In mid-August, the company launched the ‘Beef Kalbi Hormone Bowl’ and the ‘Beef Yakiniku Bowl,’ the latter featuring an ‘exquisite sauce’ paired with sautéed onions. The ‘Beef Kalbi Hormone Bowl,’ retailing for 990 yen, includes beef kalbi, beef hormone, and garlic sprouts seasoned with a special sauce. This item has gained social media attention for its garlic flavor and the inclusion of free large or extra-large rice portions. Following this, Matsuya PREMIUM Ginza announced the launch of high-end offerings, including the ‘Kujo Negi and Aimori Pork Salt Sauce Bowl’ and the ‘Kobe Beef Negi Tama Beef Bowl.’ These premium items utilize specialized ingredients such as Kujo green onions and various salts from Setouchi, Okinawa, and Lorraine. These Ginza-exclusive items are not eligible for shareholder benefit coupons. On September 9, Matsuya PREMIUM Ginza expanded its luxury selection with the release of ‘Kobe Beef Bibimbap Rice.’ Priced at 1,800 yen, the dish features sliced Kobe beef, a special spicy bibim sauce, house-made kimchi, and a soft-boiled egg, intended to balance the sweetness of the beef fat with spicy notes.
