A fallen tree branch knocked down power lines on Pedro Guerrero street, blocking two lanes, while a heavy truck carrying cattle feed overturned at the entrance to San Juan del Río, obstructing the highway linking the Mexico‑Querétaro freeway with Avenida Paseo Central. No injuries were reported, and emergency crews and the Guardia Nacional cleared the debris after several hours, underscoring the region’s ongoing challenges in maintaining safe and reliable road conditions.
