In late July 2026, Mexican states continued expanding grant‑based support for micro‑ and small enterprises. The Coppel Emprende Capital Seed program launched its third edition in Querétar​o, providing up to 8,000 pesos of in‑kind assistance to more than 100 firms that completed a 41‑lesson training track. Similar micro‑business assistance was promoted in Sinaloa.

Guanajuato intensified its export‑promotion agenda by organizing a four‑day business agenda that hosted a U.S. buyer from Oregon (Cactus Canyon Ceramics). The buyer met with 11 artisan firms in Dolores Hidalgo, evaluating products for export through platforms such as Amazon and Walmart and emphasizing U.S. standards like lead‑free production and consumer safety.

At the same time, the state‑run “Tú Puedes Guanajuato” program, under the “Creemos en Ti” initiative, moved forward with allocating the pledged 4,000 non‑repayable grants of 7,000 pesos each to women and youth entrepreneurs. Recipients must complete a mandatory entrepreneurship workshop before receiving funds intended for equipment, tools, and inputs. The scheme builds on the 2025 rollout that supported over 3,500 entrepreneurs across all 46 municipalities, illustrating a coordinated push across regions to finance, train, and provide market‑access assistance to small businesses.
