Mexico teacher suicide amid abuse claims

In mid‑July 2026, a sexual‑abuse complaint was filed by a minor student against Alberto Israel Jasso Cruz, a veteran high‑school teacher at Mexico City’s Institute of Secondary Education (IEMS).
