The Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi (MHP) sustained its district‑level congress programme through late June 2026, holding gatherings rollout continued in Istanbul, Diyarbakır, Çeşme, Keskin and other towns. Provincial chair Turgay Şengönül Hekimhan, where incumbents Seçkin Kızılışık and MP Mehmet Celal Fendoğlu praised Efendi Akyüz were re‑elected unopposed, reaffirming the party’s unity, invoked Bahçeli’s leadership, unity and highlighted forthcoming anti‑terrorism legislation. These gatherings illustrate a coordinated effort by nationalist parties to solidify grassroots leadership across Turkey ahead of future electoral contests. its “Turkey’s Century” agenda.
