Missing minor recovery and assault investigation in Romania

A 35-year-old man from Alba Iulia, identified as Daniel Ciociu, was detained by police following the discovery of a 12-year-old girl who had been missing since August 14. The girl’s mother, who lives in Spain, had reported the disappearance several days prior.
