Mizoram recruitment for forensic and medical posts

In late July 2026, the Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) released the admit card for the Junior Grade exam of the Mizoram Civil Service and opened online applications for twelve Junior Scientific Officer (JSO) positions in the Directorate of Forensic Science Laboratory. Applicants were instructed to download the admit card between 30 July and 9 August and to submit their JSO applications by 27 August.

By early August, MPSC reiterated the vacancy details for the same twelve JSO posts, specifying the forensic specialisations (DNA analysis, fingerprinting, questioned documents, photography, cyber forensics) and eligibility criteria. The commission also announced a separate recruitment drive by the National Health Mission Mizoram for eight contractual Medical Officer posts, with an application deadline of 10 August.
