The project, which originated from an agreement signed in July 2025, is being executed at the L3Harris facility in Waco, Texas. Following the completion of inspections on the first aircraft in late August 2026, work has transitioned into active execution. This initial phase involves structural repairs, maintenance, and the installation of new backup instrument systems and digital engine parameter displays. The program is scheduled to continue through 2029 and includes the induction of a second aircraft in the third quarter of 2026, followed by a third aircraft. The third aircraft is slated for a more comprehensive upgrade, featuring a complete avionics overhaul and a fully digital cockpit.
