To address this subgroup, researchers recommend prioritizing early T‑cell‑redirecting therapies, CAR‑T, bispecific antibodies, and clinical‑trial enrollment.
Additionally, Spanish investigators from CIMAV and the Clínica Universidad de Navarra have utilized single-cell RNA sequencing to identify changes in the bone marrow microenvironment. Their research highlights how endothelial cells and mesenchymal stem cells evolve from the asymptomatic MGUS stage to active multiple myeloma, creating a supportive environment for tumor growth.
