On August 25, two men executed a rapid 10-second heist at a shop in Nakano Broadway, Tokyo, stealing four luxury watches—including three Richard Mille and one Patek Philippe—valued at approximately 200 million yen. The suspects used hammers to smash display cases and fled the scene using a rented electric kickboard and foot, later changing clothes to evade detection. By August 27, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department arrested two Chilean nationals, identified as 23-year-old Jeremy Paolo Piña Guzmán and 33-year-old Alexis Mansano Quesada, at a lodging facility in Osaka.
