Napolitano Store judicial asset seizure and theft

Overview

Authorities in Italy are managing the disposal of assets seized from Am Distribution Srl, a company linked to social media personality Angelo Napolitano. The investigation by the Nola Prosecutor’s Office into the business revealed the use of false invoices and VAT evasion to sell high-end electronics for cash at below-market prices.

In early September 2026, approximately 3,150 items, including various Apple products and gaming consoles, were scheduled for a judicial auction in Casalnuovo di Napoli. Following a previous failed attempt to attract bidders, the starting price for the electronic tender was reduced to 78,000 euros.

By mid-September, it was reported that several Apple smartphones, along with iPads and MacBooks, were stolen from a storage facility in the Asi zone of Giugliano. This facility was being used to hold the seized goods intended for auction. Carabinieri are currently investigating the breach to identify those responsible.
