Indonesia continues to manage multiple natural threats, including forest and land fires in Aceh, Belitung Timur, Sukabumi, and Aceh Besar, alongside significant earthquake impacts in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). Initial responses focused on strengthening preparedness. In Padang, authorities confirmed that 32 tsunami early warning systems and 6 flood early warning systems are operational. In South Kalimantan, the military and local authorities began coordinating to monitor hotspots and implement fire management strategies. Efforts have since expanded to include active disaster relief and intensified fire management, with the Ministry of Public Works deploying water supplies and vehicles to combat fires in Kalimantan and Jambi. PT Freeport Indonesia donated Rp2.5 billion for medical services and emergency shelter, and celebrity Ivan Gunawan donated Rp250 million through Baznas RI to support clean water access. Regional mobilization continues, with the North Sumatra Provincial Government sending 1 ton of ready-to-eat food and Central Java dispatching multiple truckloads of supplies. In Jepara, community donations exceeding Rp56 million have focused on maternal and child health. Maritime entities, including Pelindo and Pelni, continue utilizing sea routes via the KM Tidar to transport supplies to Maumere. Recovery efforts in NTT have progressed with significant infrastructure restoration.
