Overview

Indonesia continues to manage multiple natural threats, including forest and land fires in Aceh, Belitung Timur, Sukabumi, and Aceh Besar, alongside significant earthquake impacts in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). Regional mobilization continues, with the North Sumatra Provincial Government sending 1 ton of ready-to-eat food and Central Java dispatching multiple truckloads of supplies. In Jepara, community donations exceeding Rp56 million have focused on maternal and child health. Maritime entities, including Pelindo and Pelni, continue utilizing sea routes via the KM Tidar to transport supplies to Maumere. Recovery efforts in NTT have progressed with significant infrastructure restoration. The Ministry of Public Works reported that 100 percent of national roads and bridges disconnected by the quake were restored within two weeks.
