Netflix series ‘Finding Her Edge’ production

Overview

Following the success of its January 2026 premiere, which reached the Top 10 in 81 countries, the Netflix series ‘Finding Her Edge’ is moving into production for its second season. Filming is scheduled to begin in late August 2026 and is expected to continue through December in Southern Ontario.

The new season will follow the Russo sisters as they move from their family rink to the competitive Voltage Academy, focusing on the pressures of National Team ambitions and romantic drama.

In addition to returning cast members Madelyn Keys, Cale Ambrozic, and Olly Atkins, new regulars include Nikita J Olechko, Niamh Blackshaw, and Matthew Finlan. Canadian singer-songwriter Johnny Orlando and Olympic medalist Elvis Stojko have also joined the cast.
