The Neuquén Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Natural Resources has begun awarding the ‘Sello de la Gastronomía Neuquina’ (Neuquén Gastronomy Seal) to various local establishments to promote regional identity and tourism.

In August, Restó de la Bodega in Cutral Co became the first establishment to receive the distinction for its integration of local products and wine pairings. Following this, three artisanal chocolate shops—Rincón del Chocolate in Centario, Mushinka in Junín de los Andes, and Chokolhaa Chocolatería in Villa Pehuenia—were recognized for blending European heritage with regional customs and ingredients.
