Overview
The Wild God Tour’s European leg continued strong through early August 2026. After a surprise rooftop set in Brighton on 31 July, the band headlined a sold‑out home‑coming at Preston Park with Kylie Minogue joining for “Where the Wild Roses Grow”. The following week saw two consecutive sold‑out shows on 4‑5 August at the Roman arena in Pula, Croatia, where the setlist mixed new‑album material with classics such as “Red Right Hand” and “The Mercy Seat”. Band members included Warren Ellis, Colin Greenwood, Jim Sclavunos, George Vjestica, Larry Mullins and Carly Paradis. After the concerts Cave dined with his brother alongside Croatian guests Jelena Perčin and Ante Gelo.
On 7 August the group performed at Belgrade’s Kalemegdan fortress, drawing nearly 10,000 fans. The two‑hour‑forty‑minute show opened with “Get Ready for Love”, featured “From Her to Eternity” and “Red Right Hand”, and included a memorable moment when Cave descended into the crowd and was lifted by fans.
The tour then moved to Romania for a three‑day festival in Buftea (7‑9 August). Headlining the event, Cave shared the bill with more than 20 artists—including Two Feet, Charlotte Cardin, Nation of Language and others—across three stages, complemented by visual installations and a 1970s‑underground‑aesthetic zone.
The leg, which began in June at Malahide Castle, Ireland, continues to sell out venues and attract large audiences across the region.
