Nijigen no Mori Crayon Shin-chan park renewal

Overview

Nijigen no Mori on Awaji Island has announced a major renewal of its Crayon Shin-chan Adventure Park, scheduled for spring 2027. As part of this transition, several current attractions, including a 365-meter water zipline and a large wooden obstacle course, are set to cease operations after October 12, 2026.

The renewal will introduce a new themed shop and expand the ‘Nobiri no Hara’ section to include an indoor museum, pottery experiences, and themed play areas. To mark the final year of the existing attractions, the park is running a ‘Last! Doki ga Munemune ~ Daisakusen!’ campaign featuring limited-edition merchandise.

In conjunction with these changes, the park’s luxury villa, GRAND CHARIOT Hokuto Shichisei 135°, is offering exclusive benefits for guests staying in Crayon Shin-chan themed rooms from October 13, 2026, through spring 2027. These benefits include character figurine coloring experiences, original merchandise sets, or attraction tickets.
