Norbert Kiss wins eighth ETRC title

Overview

Norbert Kiss, driving for Révész Racing, has officially secured his eighth FIA European Truck Racing Championship (ETRC) title.

The championship was clinched during the sixth round of the season in Le Mans, France. Kiss secured the title by winning the first 11-lap race from pole position. Despite a brief red flag interruption caused by a collision at the back of the field, Kiss maintained his lead after the restart to claim his 16th race victory of the season.

This victory marks Kiss’s sixth consecutive championship since 2021, adding to his previous titles in 2014 and 2015. Following the win, Kiss credited the performance of Révész Racing and owner Bálint Révész, describing the team as a ‘second family.’
