Nulab Backlog product updates and migration campaign

Overview

Nulab has introduced new features and initiatives for its project management tool, Backlog. In early September 2026, the company released ‘bee’, an open-source command-line interface (CLI) tool. Designed to reduce context switching for engineers, the tool allows users to manage issues, projects, wikis, and pull requests directly from a terminal environment.

Following this technical release, Nulab launched the ‘Team Whole 0 Yen Start Campaign’ in October 2026. This initiative is designed to assist corporate clients in migrating from competing software by providing paid Backlog plans free of charge through March 31, 2027, for qualifying applicants.
