Olympia London redevelopment and reopening

The historic Olympia London landmark in West Kensington has officially reopened to the public following a £1.3 billion redevelopment project. The transformation aims to establish the site as a major destination for culture, entertainment, and hospitality, with projections suggesting the regeneration will inject over £600 million into the UK economy.

Initial developments include the opening of the 204-room Hyatt Regency London Olympia, the British Airways ARC live music venue, and various dining establishments such as the Arbour food hall. To support the estate, ABM has been appointed to manage integrated facilities with a 90-strong team.

The redevelopment continues to expand its culinary offerings. Upcoming additions include Juno, an Italian restaurant by the Incipio Group scheduled to open on 16 October, which is expected to be the largest of its kind in the UK. Other hospitality features include Lillie’s, an open-air restaurant and wine bar, and Emberton Walk, a rooftop level street designed to serve visitors to the venue’s theatre and music facilities.
